About Us

Established in July 2000, Boujol Formation & Conseil is specialized in training (management, marketing and communication), coaching (group and individual) and consulting (team management and recruitment). The company also produces two publications.

The company's founder, Jérôme Boujol, has 20 years' experience in team management, services marketing and adult training. "I like to find the reasons for people's motivation, to discover what drives them to act. I run courses on a regular basis, devoted to practical professional situations. As a coach, I offer group and individual coaching. I also provide companies with support in team management and recruitment."

As a member of a number of different professional associations in the fields of human resources, training, coaching, marketing and sales, Jérôme Boujol works in collaboration with other consultants on some assignments.
